Lo Elizabeth loves supporting people to create positive health behavior changes while rooting into their own inner wisdom!  A mama, daughter, sister, native English speaker fluent in Spanish, dabbling herbalist, a huge proponent for justice, connection, vibrancy, and Soul, she is an outstanding thought leader in the realm of Coaching and Well-being.  Her energy and passion for improving lives is infectious.

She is a highly qualified Well-being Coach, holistic health educator, and medical liaison experienced in the development, implementation, growth, and thought leadership of wellness services. Lo has a deep level of integrity and strong commitment to work contributions and offerings that are in alignment with ethics, values, and principles, both personally and professionally as a Coach - all fundamentally rooted in the reclamation of sovereignty.  


Board-certified in Health & Wellness Coaching with demonstrated strong leadership, Motivational Interviewing, and health behavior change expertise. Seasoned professional Coach experienced in working with both individuals and groups. Enthusiastic, hardworking, and dedicated team player with effective communication and relationship-building skills. Successful in team recruitment, training, supervision, and evaluation. Extensive experience developing and implementing a variety of programs (i.e. grassroots, startups, non-profits, corporations, government-funded, etc.) including those that must align with organizational parameters, purpose, and mission.

Lo has worked professionally in the fields of Holistic Health Education and Health, Wellness, & Well-being Coaching for more than two decades.  She has a background working many years as a certified Group Fitness Instructor while also creating a holistic fitness approach based on her OLA community-centric model which integrated physical activity, coaching, and health education to improve both access to fitness opportunities and health behavior outcomes for underserved populations.  


She holds professional coaching certifications from several different programs along with a Master’s degree in Holistic Health Education~Somatic Psychology and currently works as a Well-being Coach, Mentor, Trainer, Curriculum Creator, and Consultant with mission-driven organizations, in health care settings, and private practice.  She has been a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) for a handful of years, is a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT), a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), and a holds a Professional Coach Certification (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
