MUD\WTR is a coffee alternative made with organic ingredients lauded by cultures young and old for their health and performance benefits. They reportedly control for heavy metals in their raw material supply chain. Per direct communication with the company, all of their incoming raw materials are lab tested for relevant heavy metals of concern and reported before they are allowed into their manufacturing facility. If the heavy metals are outside of the specified levels for any material, it is rejected. Fortunately, they are very picky about their suppliers and work with some of the best out there; they claim to never have had an issue where a supplier has tested over the specified levels. They also source all their mushrooms locally from California growers.
