Our Collective intentions are:

~to spark critical thinking and truth seeking in the Coaching & Well-Being professional landscape

~to bring together and dialogue with thought leaders, Coaches, Psychologists, and practitioners of varied perspectives

~to fuel a revolution of practitioners for shifting the tide and direction of well-being and mental health services

~to reimagine the role of a Coach or Counselor as individuals navigate the current medical industrial system and create supportive resources

~to plant seeds for the creation of a parallel 'well-care' system rooted in true principles of healing and 'health-care'

Our intention is to ultimately empower Coaches & Counselors to more confidently choose some form of conscious entrepeneurship/independent practice while going forward in a way that supports the craft and ethics of both their professional and personal values.

We believe in conscious entrepreneurship and the importance of cultivating 'SOUL-preneurship' at this time on the planet, and strive to support work
that is transformational versus transactional.
 

Participation in our private membership collective is essential to maintain status as a preferred practitioner in our network referral directory - this is equal parts valuing the importance of being in community with colleagues as is ongoing skill development.  This is vital as we reimagine the future of the field while preserving the sanctity of the profession.

As Coaches, we thrive and grow best when receiving feedback, mentorship, training, and connecting with other fellow practitioners, and so being part of this collective will provide a holistic community supporting you to be your best self in service of the work and evolving Coaching field and Well-being professional landscape.  A mastermind community is vital to our growth - not just surviving but thriving - as we are essential 'healthcare workers' forging the emotional, cognitive, and *psychoneurospiritual frontlines of this "New Normal" world we live.
 
Decentralization Intentions ~ 'Tech Conscious' 

 

Utilizing decentralized platforms to the extent possible while being mindful of using tech to support your work practice and not the other way around, we are launching an organic referral network to support you in your work linking individuals seeking aligned Coaches and Well-being practitioners while also handling some of the initial administrative aspects of building a private practice.
